
Suggested Preparation
Boil the rice following the normal cooking directions, substituting the water with chicken broth.
Add the vegetables and the paprika to the boiling broth. |
Serves 6: 1 medium carrots chopped1 celery stalks chopped 3 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 handful mushrooms optional, chopped 1 medium onion chopped 1 pinch paprika to taste 2 cup rice long grain 1 pinch salt to taste |
