
Suggested Preparation
Transfer the yogurt into a large mixing bowl. Add the sea salt, white pepper, garlic, cucumber, mint or dill, and EVOO. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute spices. If yogurt is too thick for your liking, you may add some of the strained juice from the cucumbers and continue to mix until desired thickness has been achieved. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Keep in mind the flavor of the fresh garlic will become stronger with every day that passes.
